Minhyuk is a member of Monsta X, a South Korean boy group formed through Starship Entertainment and Mnet's survival program No.Mercy. He was among the original seven members selected in the final episode, with the group debuting on May 14, 2015. Monsta X now operates as a six-member group following Wonho's departure in October 2019. The group draws on hip hop, EDM, and pop. Recent releases include the full album Unfold in April 2026 and the single growing pains in February 2026.
