V is a South Korean member of BTS, the boy band formed in 2010 under Big Hit Entertainment that debuted on June 12, 2013. The group — which also includes Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, and Jung Kook — co-writes and co-produces much of their material. After completing mandatory South Korean military service alongside his bandmates by June 2025, V returned to group activities. BTS released the studio album Arirang in March 2026, followed by the single Come Over on June 12, 2026.
