Jay is a member of South Korean boy band ENHYPEN, formed under Belift Lab through the 2020 survival competition show I-Land, debuting on November 30, 2020. He ranked second in the I-Land finale and, alongside members Heeseung and Jake, released "Zero Moment" in November 2022 as part of the theme songs for the ENA and Genie TV drama Summer Strike.
