이원우 is a member of DAILY:DIRECTION, a six-member South Korean boy group under ODDWAVE. Before joining the group, he appeared on the survival reality program Boys 2 Planet. DAILY:DIRECTION is the first act signed to ODDWAVE, a label founded by Park So-hee, and debuted on February 23, 2026, with the single album First:Delivery. Its title track, "Roombadoomba," draws on Afrobeats influences. The group made their first music show appearance on Mnet's M Countdown on February 26, 2026.
